Alan Knuckman for TD Ameritrade Network: AMD Predictions and the Tech Sector

Posted On Jun 17, 2019 | Broadcast

Alan Knuckman, editor for St. Paul Research and chief market strategist at Agora Financial, spoke with the TD Ameritrade Network about his Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) predictions and the tech sector.

“It’s a little bit of a longer-term look here. I’m looking forward to test and reject. That’s essentially what I’m looking for here with AMD. And I think if you look at tech in general, you’ve seen the Nasdaq-100 back off 10% now, I think, four or five times here in the last couple of years. And each and every time it’s rallied back and more to some new relative high. So look for this tech to take off once again,” said Knuckman.

Knuckman also commented on the impact of the June FOMC meeting on the market, specifically AMD, and what July’s meeting has in store for investors.
