Agora Financial Titles

Through multiple best-selling books, Agora Financial authors Bill Bonner, Addison Wiggin and Chris Mayer not only accurately forecast major economic events — they also instruct readers how to protect themselves, and ultimately profit, from these events.

Bill Bonner and Addison Wiggin’s Empire of Debt, published by John Wiley & Sons in 2005, went on to be a New York Times best-seller in two editions. In 2006, the book served as inspiration for the feature documentary I.O.U.S.A.

Bonner also published Mobs, Messiahs and Markets with Lila Rajiva in 2007 and Dice Have No Memory in 2011.

Wiggin authored The Demise of the Dollar in 2005 as well as the I.O.U.S.A. companion book with Kate Incontrera in 2008.

In 2008, Christopher Mayer published his first value investing book, Invest Like a Dealmaker: Secrets From a Former Banking Insider. His next book, World Right Side Up: Investing Across Six Continents, will be published in April 2012.

Agora Financial acquired Laissez-Faire Books, the nation’s oldest libertarian bookstore, in early 2011 and relaunched later that year under the direction of Jeffrey Tucker, who was named executive editor and publisher.
